Email is the support channel. There is no in-app chat with a person, and this website does not store a contact form. The operator is Chris Cleary in Ireland.

This inbox receives email. It is not a crisis line and may not be monitored in real time. A postal address is not published.

Use these addresses for the Google OAuth consent screen and for Google Play policy fields after this site is served on HTTPS at mindfuellabs.app.

A Google Play store listing URL was not in the project, so this site does not link to one. Play’s in-app deletion path is Profile → Delete account. This page is the matching web resource.

Sign-in

The app offers Google and email through Supabase. If email confirmation is required, the app tells you to check your email and then sign in. If Google sign-in does not return to the app, check that the device can open mindfuel://oauth/callback. This website cannot complete sign-in for you.

Subscriptions

When Standard or Gold is offered, it is billed by Google Play. The price, billing frequency, and any trial are the ones Google Play shows in the app. This website does not list a price. Restore purchases from Profile while you are signed into the same MindFuel account. Manage, change, or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Cancelling billing is separate from deleting your MindFuel account. EU and Irish consumer rights that apply to you still apply; see the terms.

Delete your MindFuel account

This is the web resource for requesting deletion of a MindFuel app account and the user data associated with it. Deletion means removing the account, not freezing or deactivating it.

  1. If you have a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play first. Deleting a MindFuel account does not stop Play billing.
  2. In the app, open MindFuel → Profile → Delete account. Confirm twice. That asks the MindFuel API to delete the Supabase sign-in user and the MindFuel account row (and related trial or AI-usage rows if those tables exist), then clears wellness data on that phone. It does not sign you out of Google Play billing.
  3. If the in-app control fails, email hello@mindfuellabs.app from the email on the MindFuel account. Use the subject “Delete my MindFuel account”. Include the address you use to sign in. If you signed in with Google only, say so.
  4. If you used Google sign-in, you can also remove the app’s access from your Google Account. That does not, by itself, delete the MindFuel profile.
  5. Profile → Reset app data only clears local wellness storage. It does not sign you out, does not delete the account, and does not cancel Google Play billing.

In-app deletion is an authenticated API call. Email deletion is a manual operator action after the account is identified. Guided reflection text already sent to Gemini is not stored as a transcript in the MindFuel database. Host logs and backups follow the retention criteria in the privacy policy. A number of days for completion is not published. A GDPR rights request still receives a response within the time that law allows (as a rule, one month).

Sign out ends the session and detaches RevenueCat on that device. It does not wipe on-device wellness data, so encrypted Reset history can remain until you use Reset app data or uninstall.

MindFuel cannot call emergency services for you. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. The numbers below are the ones bundled in the app’s Emergency Assistance directory, recorded in the project as verified on 8 October 2026. The in-app list also includes 112 for several European countries, and a generic fallback when a country is not in the directory.
